   • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
2. Event Insurance
   • For additional peace of mind, customers have the option to purchase event insurance at the time of ticket booking. This insurance allows for a full refund for any reason, up to the start time of the event.
   • Event insurance must be selected and purchased during the initial ticket booking process.
